Terms of Use
1. Website information
Fineshore Clay Atelier provides educational information and class listings through fineshore.online. Catalog prices, schedules, seat counts, and descriptions are presented in good faith and may be confirmed before enrollment.
2. Enrollment requests
Adding an item to the cart or Fallows list does not create a booking, payment obligation, or guaranteed seat. A studio response is required to confirm availability and next steps.
3. Studio conduct
Participants must follow tutor instructions, use tools responsibly, respect shared workspaces, and tell staff about access needs or safety concerns. Fineshore may decline participation where conduct creates an unreasonable risk.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated for the relevant class before confirmation. Contact us promptly so we can review available alternatives fairly.
5. Original work and content
You retain rights to your original artwork. You grant the atelier permission to use submitted messages only to respond to you. Fineshore website text and branding may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
6. Limitations
The website is provided as an informational service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result. Nothing on this website is medical, financial, or professional legal advice.
7. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent through Contact. We may revise these terms when services change and will publish the effective date above.
